The autumn leaves are a-changing and the season's rusty, warm hues have settled into our landscape and our wardrobe.  But what about our plates?  As farmer's markets and restaurant menus shift from summer squash and sweet corn to butternut squash and sweet potatoes, it's time to get with the program.  And just as you methodically color coordinate your clothing - you should also be thinking about which colors to eat, and why.

To simplify things, I've created a cheat sheet of fall fruits and veggies explaining why exactly you should be eating them... all according to color of course.  Because color makes everything prettier... and healthier!
